DYMO XTL 500 Cutter Mechanism | Replacement Part

The DYMO XTL 500 Cutter Mechanism ensures your DYMO XTL 500 Label Maker cuts labels quickly and efficiently. To ensure proper function of the DYMO XTL 500 Label Maker, please make sure to clean the cutter blade each time the label cartridge is replaced. To replace the cutter mechanism: press the label compartment release and lift the cover of the XTL 500, remove the label cartridge, pinch the release lever on the outside of the cutter blade and pull the existing cutter blade straight up to remove, and insert the cutter mechanism replacement back into the label maker and press into place. Caution: The cutter blade is extremely sharp, use caution when removing, cleaning, and inserting.
