Outside of the lengthy manufacturer warranties the majority of our products have, we offer a full 1 year warranty coverage on all PC parts and builds purchased from us.
It is inevitable for a handful of components to fail, but on the rare case that they do we will do our best to either resolve the problem, or replace the component or product. Our aim is to give customers confidence in us, and provide only the most reliable components. ALL PC components and custom built PCs (including everything in them) are fully covered for the first year. If, in the unlikely event of a part failure, we aim to replace the part and have it back to you within a week.
All printer inks are covered by a month warranty. If for some reason they do not work they can be returned to us and replaced. Some inks and printing supplies may have varying manufacturer warranties outside of our personal coverage. As there can sometimes be faults with incompatibilities of inks, we would always recommend that you contact our technical support team prior to returning cartridges to us as we may be able to guide you to fixing the problem yourself rather than going through the hassle of returning items.
Any computers or products purchased by us that may require labour outside of warranties are covered for reduce price labour. If your computer or product produces problems outside of warranty periods we are happy to offer to fix your product for a reduced fee. This is a lifetime offer as a thanks for shopping with us. We have a dedicated team of technicians that can fix a variety of problems with all kinds of electronics. So if your electronics bought by us run into problems, you can sleep easy knowing you won't have to take it to a repair shop to be charged full price.
